Office Appointments

We see patients on an appointment basis, and ask that you call in advance so that we may reserve time for you. We will see patients with urgent medical needs as soon as possible. If you cannot keep an appointment, notify us immediately. Please try to give us 24 hours notice so that this time may be given to another patient. We ask that you always bring your medications with you to your appointment.

Emergency Care

In the event of a life-threatening emergency, go immediately to the Emergency Room of the nearest hospital and ask them to contact your doctor. If the situation is not that severe and occurs while the office is closed, call (719) 634-8891 and the voice mail service will forward your call to the provider on call.

If you have a question or concern while the office is open, call the office and the provider will be in touch with you directly or through office personnel.

If you are not sure about the seriousness of a medical situation and feel that any delay is unacceptable, then proceed to the nearest Emergency Room.

Hospitalization

To provide you the best medical care in the event you require inpatient services, we work closely with a group of physicians who are hospitalists and whose focus is on inpatient or "in hospital" medicine. They are excellent physicians and also work with other specialists to carefully coordinate your care.

To make or change an appointment, please call (719) 634-8891.

Our office hours are:

Monday - Friday
7:30am to 5pm

If you call in for an urgent problem and there are no appointments available, a work-in slot may be made for you. If so, please limit the visit to that problem.
